As Managing Member and founder of Magnate Advisory Partners, Dan leads with an aggressive and strategic pace that profoundly motivates his partners. With an appetite for risk and a forward-looking vision, Dan has founded a variety of organizations and completed numerous buy- and sell-side deals.

At Magnate, Mark’s focus is to help originate and manage the variety of relationships, while continuing to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards. His knowledge and experience in M&A and Insurance is complimentary to the Firm’s team and vision. Prior to joining Magnate, Mark worked for a boutique M&A Firm leading their Midwest operations.
Additionally, Mark was the Co-Founder and President of a small independent insurance agency within the Chicagoland area for seven years. He built his business on a combination of hard work and surrounding himself with highly productive and influential people.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance at the University of Dayton, and currently holds a Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license, as well as FINRA series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and two children, Holly and Hank. He is a strong believer in paying it forward in life and volunteers regularly at Misericordia Heart of Mercy, a home to many mentally and physically disabled persons, including his brother, a current resident.

Karen’s focus at Magnate Advisory Partners is to support the team, assist with business development and maintain strong business relationships. Karen brings ten years of experience in the Transportation and Logistics field and a positive energy.
Born in England, Karen started her career in finance, earning a degree with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, before migrating to America and becoming involved in business development and generally making the fun happen!
Karen is passionate about helping those in need, actively volunteering at the Organization for Autism Research to assist adult job seekers on the Autism spectrum.
